Blaxland Limited is a London based, family run business which deals in the property development of residential or, buy to let investments.

As a company we are sensitive not only to the needs of our much valued client but also to the feel and period of a property. Blaxland Limited is particularly interested in the restoration of period properties and is passionate about keeping original features wherever possible whilst, at the same time embracing practicality.

It is a priority in working to a client’s specifications whilst, closely collaborating with them in order to create a truly bespoke solution that reflects their life style, personality and needs. At Blaxland Limited, we believe a home should be both liveable and beautiful. We work closely with designer and interior decorator Melina Blaxland-Horne, of Melodi Horne to fashion elegant interiors that boast texture, character and her signature use of colour. 

About the team behind Blaxland

Where appropriate, we restore and salvage - bringing a building back to life in a way that suggests its original character. We always take into account a property’s context - its position, the local climate and the area’s existing architectural traditions - creating homes that are thoughtful, discreet and fitting.

Blaxland Limited provides a bespoke management service for both rental accommodation as well as owner occupied property. We have successfully completed projects both in London and in Athens as well as the Greek Islands.

Finally, we are pragmatic. We understand the emotional and financial investment our clients have made, so we endeavour to complete projects on budget and within deadline.

Dimitri does not remember a time in his life where he wasn’t involved in Property. “My father, who was in the business, was a great believer in that one should start early on in life and encouraged my business acumen and creativity from my childhood days”. Dimitri would accompany him to his various projects and building sites during Saturdays and school holidays. Blaxland Limited thus, began in the mid 90’s inspired and influenced by what he had experienced in his formative years.
